Your Relationship With Food
Prioritizing a healthy relationship with food sometimes gets thrown on the back burner. The more aware you become of yourself the more aware you become of the things you consume. Something a lot of us have the privilege to consume every day is food. But between the rising cost of it and the convenience of grab and go, we loose sight of the reason we eat in the first place. Nutrients and energy. To cleanse and to heal. To nourish and restore.

Curating A Pallet That’s Best For You
Just start. Get creative. Start trying things out and see what fits. Try finding different ways to make the things you already know you like. Then start trying new things here and there. Once a week maybe. A new restaurant. A new recipe. What nutrients does your body require? How much of each vitamin should you be consuming and how frequently? What doesn’t work for your body? What needs to be removed from your pallet? How is your body responding to each item? Asking questions is the first step to curating the perfect pallet for you.

Maintaining A Balanced Diet Doesn’t Have To Be Boring
Keep it fresh. There’s nothing like expanding your pallet. Try a new restaurant and try a new dish. I’ve become almost addicted to restaurants and new cuisines this way.
