Everything’s a mess,

I know!

Get organized with me!

Productive, Satisfying and Relieving

If only you weren’t so cluttered in every way, you’d be able to think straight...So, let’s do it! Spring cleaning, let’s start fresh. Getting rid of things that don’t do us any good anymore and implementing better things in their place. Putting in order the things we decide to keep and getting back on track. Taking back control of our lives one thing at a time. Let’s start with putting things into piles or categories. Designate categories to every main aspect of your clutter. From there we’ll tackle each category until every aspect is organized.

Tackling Your Thoughts + Emotions First

Organizing your thoughts and emotions is a process. How easy that process is depends on you. Can you separate your thoughts from your emotions? Can you tell the difference? I’d get a notebook. On a piece of paper draw a line down the middle. At the top of the paper, on one side, you’ll write thoughts. At the top of the other side of the line, you’ll write emotions. You’ll then list your thoughts and emotions in order. In a heated moment I’d start with my emotions. Meet each thought and or emotion with a calm, fresh, unbiased approach. Question it, attempt to understand it, then journal what you’ve gathered even if the analysis isn’t completely finished. Do this until you have observed and analyzed every thought and emotion you’ve listed, individually. This will give you a piece of mind. When your thoughts and emotions are organized you can respond in a more intentional and strategic way. This will prevent you from reacting.

Your Time, Next

Your time is precious. Staying organized will help you to keep track of your priorities in a way that allows you to get tasks done without the stress, scrambling, rushing and forgetting of it all. There are calendars, Alarm clocks, phone reminders and planners to help you keep yourself aware, but the truth is, like with anything, you have to do the work of utilizing the tools you have. Don’t worry! we want to help you curate the best method to help you stay on track.

  1. You need a daily schedule that consists of daily tasks, routines and upcoming dates. You can use a planner, an app, a sheet of paper, a dry erase calendar or a simple notebook.

  2. You’ll need reminders. For tasks you do repeatedly on the daily basis set your alarms to go off daily at the same time. For upcoming dates like lunches, birthdays, and the store run you said you’d make after work on Tuesday. add them to your schedule and set some form of a digital reminder immediately. Taking the procrastination out of the way ensures that you won’t forget and won’t have to worry or stress when the time nears or arrives.

  3. Make it fun! Arts & Crafts, scrapbooking, things like that aren’t for everyone so we understand if this can only be but so fun for you. But there are things you can put in place to make this feel like less of a chore and to keep yourself engaged so that you remain consistent. Fun stationary supplies is a good way to go if you do enjoy these kinds of things. If not, incentives. Bribe yourself, I do it all of the time. Do it in a moment where you’re already enjoying yourself. Do it with others. Incorporate something that excites you. Maybe you love the sun, the moon and the stars. So, deck out all of your equipment in that aesthetic and give yourself something to look forward to.

Now The Company You Keep

The company you keep. If your social circle is cluttered it’s time to get organized. Just like your thoughts and emotions the best way to do this is to observe and analyze your surroundings. Then find the best way to respond to what you’ve concluded. If there are people in your circles that you’ve concluded are not in alignment with you and what it is you’re trying to accomplish then you already know what category to put them in. You have to make space for blessings, good things and your desires to come in. Be intentional about the company you keep. Stay organized and clear about their relations to you and what it is that you intend to accomplish together. Do they add or subtract? Help or harm? Support or doubt?

Then Your Space & Belongings

So many people can relate to knowing where everything is even if their space is a mess. If you like your space a little chaotic then never mind. But we believe it lowers your vibration, confuses the mind, and contributes to any negative emotions, to have a mess of a space. Keeping yourself, your belongings and your space clean and organized can be the difference between you having the life you want instead of having the life you’re used to, today. You may have a bunch of things you’re holding onto that no longer serve you and those things can weigh you down energetically. Start with the junk drawer! Even the little receipts you can no longer do anything with, have to go.
